Speculating on 2011 Pay Raise: "The House Armed Services personnel subcommittee has approved a 1.9 percent pay bump for uniformed military personnel, half of a percentage point higher than suggested in Obama's fiscal 2011 budget. This means civilian federal workers could see a similar raise next year but a lot is likely to happen before any final decision is made on the 2011 pay rates.
